AWMC BOT Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to AWMC BOT (hereinafter "the Service"), developed and maintained by AWMC TEAM (hereinafter "we/us").

Please read and fully understand this agreement before using the Service. If you are under 18 years old, please use the Service with parental consent.

By using the Service on QQ or related platforms, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

By using AWMCBOT and binding your data, you agree that we may store, process, or transfer your relevant data to the extent necessary to provide the Service. The specific data types, purposes, retention periods, and your rights are described in the sections below.

If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

AWMC BOT is a bot developed on the Koishi / NoneBot framework, running on the QQ platform, primarily providing:

• maimai and other game data queries
• Group chat utility features
• Entertainment and interactive features

3.1 Basic Information

• User ID (QQ number)
• Nickname, avatar

3.2 Usage Data

• Chat message content (used only for command processing)
• Group chat environment information

• Login credentials (e.g., cookies)

3.4 Technical Information

• Network request information
• Device-related information

We agree that the above information is subject to the constraints of Section 4 (Data Usage and Storage).

4. Data Usage and Storage

4.1 Scope of Use

Used only for:

• Feature implementation
• Data display

By using AWMCBOT and binding your data, you authorize us to store, process, or transfer the relevant data within the service scope described above.

4.2 Public Data and Training Use (Enabled by Default)

Your player scores, Rating, trends, and similar data will be anonymized/desensitized and treated as public data. Such data may be used for data analysis, model training, and similar purposes. This feature is enabled by default.

If you do not want to share this information, send the following command to the bot:

to disable this feature. After disabling, we will no longer use your related data as public data for the purposes described above.

4.3 Storage Duration

• Binding data is retained for 12 months
• Data is deleted after user unbinds (unless otherwise required by law)

4.4 Data Security

We will take reasonable security measures as required by the laws of the People's Republic of China, but cannot completely avoid network risks.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses:

• Koishi / NoneBot
• NapCat
• anti-api (developed by AWMC TEAM)

Third-party services may process data independently; we are not responsible for their actions.

6. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Query, modify, and delete your data
• Unbind your account
• Stop using the Service

7. Fees and Sponsorship

7.1 Free Service

This Service is a community-driven semi-nonprofit project. Basic and core features are permanently free, and we do not charge any mandatory fees; not sponsoring will not affect the normal use of core features.

7.2 Paid Features

Some features may be paid or sponsorship-supported, including but not limited to:

• Premium features
• Priority service access

Specific availability is subject to actual offerings.

7.3 Payment Terms

• All paid content is non-refundable once completed without valid reason
• Compensation or adjustments will be made for service unavailability due to technical failures
• If sponsored benefits fail to take effect due to technical failures, please contact us for verification; adjustments or compensation will be made on a case-by-case basis

7.4 Sponsorship Nature

Voluntary user sponsorship is considered development support and is not treated as mandatory paid service. Sponsorship can be stopped at any time, and stopping it will not affect your access to free core features.

7.5 Fund Usage and Transparency

Sponsorship income covers necessary operating costs such as servers, domains, and bandwidth, with part going to charitable donations and other community-benefiting causes. Specific income, expenses, and charity records are published on the official forum.

7.6 Responsible Consumption

We encourage responsible consumption - support us within your means and avoid impulsive spending. Users under 18 must obtain guardian consent before any sponsorship or payment.

8. User Code of Conduct

Users must not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Spread illegal or harmful information
• Abuse APIs or attack the Service
• Interfere with normal bot operation

9. Account Restrictions and Bans

We reserve the right to restrict or ban users under the following circumstances:

9.1 Abuse

• High-frequency command spamming
• Malicious resource consumption

9.2 Illegal Activity

• Using the bot for illegal purposes
• Bypassing system restrictions

9.3 Risky Behavior

• Abnormal requests (e.g., API abuse)
• Suspicious automated behavior

Enforcement Measures Include:

• Feature restrictions
• Temporary bans
• Permanent bans

Severe cases may be handled without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We provide no SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitment whatsoever, including but not limited to uptime, response time, and time-to-recovery. We do not guarantee:

• Service stability
• Data accuracy
• Third-party API availability

Service features may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Network failures
• Force majeure
• Third-party service anomalies

Some services provided by this BOT (such as ticket issuance, B50 upload, etc.) may negatively affect your maimai account. You should be aware of this. AWMC TEAM is not responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from the use of the above services.

11. Service Changes and Interruptions

We may perform system maintenance, technical upgrades, or respond to unexpected failures, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the official group and status page in advance. Emergency fixes, feature changes, or service discontinuation are made without prior notice.

12. Minor Protection

Minors should use the Service with parental consent. Users under 18 must obtain guardian consent before any sponsorship or payment.

We encourage responsible consumption - any purchase or sponsorship should be made within one's means.

All user-related purchases are non-refundable.

13. Agreement Updates

This agreement may be updated. Updates will be published via announcements without separate notice.

Continued use indicates agreement to the updated terms.
